Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. It’s a gorgeous toilet that has all the features you could ever want! It’s a little shorter than the chair height models so keep that in mind. I had an issue with getting it installed though (not the fault of the toilet!). First thing is that you need to have a dedicated power outlet which we had installed. But we can’t install it without moving the water shut off valve. The back of the toilet’s opening doesn’t match up with the placement of my water line so it’s going to take longer to get it installed and a lot more complicated. You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill.
