This toilet has been a great addition to our bathroom. I purchased it through Wayfair, and overall the installation experience was smooth. Everything needed for the install was included in the box — hoses, mounting hardware, the water supply line, and all the necessary fittings — which made the process much easier than I expected. The one hiccup was on the water supply side my existing shutoff valve used a 38” fitting, while the toilet’s supply line required a 12” connection, so I had to pick up a separate 38” to 12” adapter to complete the hookup. Worth having a plumbing supply store nearby, or ordering one ahead of time so installation isn’t held up. Once everything was connected, the toilet performed excellently. The flushing power is strong and consistent — no clogging or weak flushes so far. It has a sleek, modern design that looks great in the bathroom, and the built-in touch controls on the seat are a nice convenience for the additional functions. Overall solid purchase, easy install aside from the one fitting adapter, and genuinely impressive flush performance. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.. William. US.
