I’ve been using this iron for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly made ironing way less annoying. The soleplate glides really smoothly, even over thicker fabrics like jeans, and it doesn’t snag or stick. It heats up pretty fast, which is great when I’m in a rush. Its power as a building stemmed from the fruitful collaboration between Wright and the congregation rabbi, Mortimer J. Cohen, and is symbolically and liturgically grounded in Judaic tradition. The synagogue glass pyramid is an unforgettable presence in the suburban Philadelphia landscape, day and night. The synagogue is open for tours. Beth Sholom was listed as a national historic landmark in 2007. A portion of Sholom's royalties from the sale of Beth Sholom merchandise will go directly to support the ongoing preservation of this national treasure.
