Customers praise the product for its substantial weight and excellent quality, noting its beautiful appearance and elegant shape. Many find it to be a great value for the price. However, there are consistent remarks that the color is not as dark as depicted in product images, with some customers receiving a polished silver instead of the expected gunmetal gray.
