The Sharp RK-94S30F 30-inch flush mount built-in trim kit is compatible with the Sharp SMC1585BS microwave oven. It will provide ventilation as required and delivers a clean look that integrates the microwave into the wall or cabinet.

This is our 3rd SHARP combo convection-microwave stainless steel counter oven! We use it nearly every day! Hence, it's natural that after about 4 months years we need to replace it. There's a similar cheaper model with slower fan. the only design features we don't like is the extremely wide door, done for cosmetic reasons only. Looks good but you have to step back to swing it open. If installing yourself read the manual on venting, they default to recirculate instead of vent to outside. Found out the hard way. I have a 15 y.o. and 12 y.o. and they adapted to this new microwave with minimal learning curve. I like that the beeping isn't too annoying or aggressive, like some other microwaves out there. We needed this specific size to fit in our wall's cutout, and Bosch is a name that I trust. This was an easy purchase to decide on. I had a ge microwave already. This was basically the newest version. Be careful. The mount bracket is a little different and the top screws are in a different spot. It came with nice paper templates that showed you exactly where to mount and drill. Me and a friend installed it in 45 minutes. Works great. No fluff solid ge appliance. I’m happy. James. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased to replace a similar Bosch unit that finally failed with an inside metal lining burn after 18 years of faithful service. It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated.
