Customers report significant issues with value, with many feeling the product is overpriced for its performance. The microwave is frequently described as underpowered, taking excessively long to heat or cook food, and failing to perform basic functions like popping popcorn. Ease of use is also a concern, with some users finding the operation difficult and the manual poorly written, while others have experienced the unit failing to power on or the drawer not opening. Functionality is another area of complaint, as the air fryer and convection features are reported to be ineffective, and the overall performance is deemed slow and disappointing. While some customers appreciate the modern design and the convenience of a drawer microwave, the prevalent negative feedback regarding performance and value suggests a poor overall customer experience.
