My toilet buttons had to be jiggled to stop the water running. I watched a video that said where the problem probably resides. Plumbing work is like going to the dentist - no one really wants to "kick the skunk" as one fix tends to create another repair. I set aside two hours to do this. At 1430 I shut the water off. At 1435 I pulled the errant part. At 1440 I reinstalled the new part supplied by Wayfair. At 1445 I turned the water back on. Everything worked and I'd spent 15 minutes...That makes me really happy.. I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base. Scola is the washbasin that has remained unchanged and included in the Duravit program the longest. The circular, deep inner basin offers lots of space to wash one’s hands and the ceramic surrounds offer lots of storage space.

Though not yet installed, it is identical to one we had previously, which was excellent. The picture on your website does not show a cast hole for a faucet; this hole, which is present, allows for much easier installation.
