This outdoor storage shed is pretty complicated to build. It took me a couple of days to put together the floor and the walls, and I'm still not done because I realized a few parts are missing from the back wall, and the front wall part is about 3 inches shorter. So now I'm waiting for the missing parts and doing my best to make it work. My level of experience in assembling stuff is so-so, but I strongly recommend hiring people to build this because it's pretty complicated to build a shed like this that has over probably 100 parts that have to be meticulously assembled together. Shed looks great. Instructions and diagrams are so hard to understand. Took 5 days to put floor together, finally. Next came the walls, but once walls were going up, the floor started to buckle. The doors are pre-assembled and pre-hung and comes with complete system. The shed doors come with a durable, rust-resistant swivel hasp and galvanized steel hinges. Hinges are continuous from top to bottom to prevent sagging. Smartside siding is treated to prevent fungal decay and insect infestation.

The exterior walls are so thin that I would never recommend stapling a vapor barrier on the interior because the Staples come through on the outside even if they are very short. I really expected the material to be thicker and stronger, which it isnt, but overall Im happy with the product. I was able to organize all my odds and ends well because it has plenty of space. One important thing to keep in mind is that if youre going to put shelves on it, they cant be too tall if youre going to mount it on the walls. I think up to 70 cm is fine. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. I received the shed and once I finish putting it completely together realize that the floor frame that was supposed to come with the shed I did not receive. One of the deciding factors of why I ordered this particular shed was because it stated that it came with a floor frame and I did not receive it. Now that I have physically put it all together and do not want to waste my time taking it completely apart I now have to figure out a way to have a frame for the floor. I feel as though if you're going to list a product and in the actual description it states with floor frame it should actually have a floor frame. My 10’x12’ she’s kit arrived as a 6’x 6’x6’ package. I had previously poured a concrete slab and placed a 4” high conc. block base. There were good written instructions provided along with a DVD movie and photos. It went together without a problem. Mine even has a tree growing through it!
