Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. Nearly 5 year update... I still LOVE LOVE LOVE this range! The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard. I don't love the air fry feature, I still use a different one. I bought a newer version of this range than a friend had and recommended and am so glad I did. Excellent product. We have a 4 bathroom house and all use hot water for dishwasher and laundry. The water heater is great, quick to deliver hot water and is working great. Really like the product. Looks great, works as it should. Clearly a high-quality product. Assembly directions were very clear. My only two critiques: (1) It took me 4-hours to assemble, mainly due to all the wrapped-up individual parts, perhaps they could do some amount of assembly at the factory?
