It's really well designed, with a comfortable big handle, to easily scoop out hard-frozen ice cream. My only concern was the description on the website indicated that it was made of stainless steel and was not dishwasher safe. But my concern was put to rest when I read the card that was attached to the scoop, which indicated that it was actually made of a chrome plated alloy and WAS dishwasher safe.. James. These brass pulls are the all-time best. I originally sourced these for my kitchen remodel from a local boutique hardware store. Then when we were renovating the second phase, master bathroom, I wanted to use them again for custom-built barn doors. They are shoe stopper. Solid brass. Don’t show any finger prints. Are heavy and VERY high quality. I cannot say enough great things about these pulls.
