Bring smart plumbing to your home with this product. This product is a smart home water security system that provides 24/7 protection by monitoring for water leaks—some as small as one drop of water per minute—and other vulnerabilities, no additional sensors are needed. Designed by plumbing and tech industry professionals, Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff are installed on the main water supply line of the home. Through the Moen Plus App, you can see live water use, including water flow rates, pressure, and even temperature. If the Smart Water Shutoff detects an issue (e.g. high pressure, freezing water, or a small leak) it will alert you through the App, or other preferred notification methods, so you can assess the issue before it causes costly damage. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. I needed an extension to mount the sensor box on the wall behind the washing machine, I bought an audio extension cord that had the correct type of fittings and it seems to work well - no errors on the sensor/app. Since the cord does not lay flat getting coverage is a "hope-so" vs confidence thing. We have several birdfy feeders now around our house. So far this one has been great - the camera is clear & picks up movement just like the others do, and the reservoir holds a good amount of nectar for whoever wants to stop by. That being said, some improvements it could use: - the unit is light enough that hanging it as it is will allow it to blow around in a strong enough wind. We'll probably put a 4x4 post in the ground and velcro the feeder to the top of the post. For future iterations of this they may want to go with a different support system. - it states that it's ant-resistant. We haven't had any big ants end up in the nectar, but I have had some smaller ants drown, so it should probably get a few improvements in that area All in all, we're happy with our purchase. Love this outdoor ceiling fan. It is the same brand as our other lights that we installed on our house so we can sync them all together. If you are close to the middle of the fan you get the benefits of the air flow, but it’s not super powerful. I love that we can change the color of the light! It was super easy to plug and play!!
