A great product for the price. No real directions for assembly- just a few pictures. It has to be done in a specific order, so I had to disassemble and reassemble several time to get all the accessories on correctly. It was not difficult, but a bit frustrating. As other reviewers have commented, the picture shows the squirrel baffle much lower than is actually recommended. There is no way to fit all the attachments above the baffle and have them work well. I put the birdbath ring and one hanger below the baffle (plan to put a hummingbird feeder on the lower hook) so it will work for my purposes. Buyer Beware! I opened this bird feeder, and when I put the parts together within the tubing, it started rattling. You can literally pick it up section by section. When I contacted Wayfair and told them about my experience, they said that I would have to return it and depending on if it’s damaged, I would have to pay the return fee. They want you to call the company that created it and you’re not able to call them. You have to email them. This is the very first nasty thing I ever received from Wayfair. Don’t buy it.. Tanya. We have several birdfy feeders now around our house. So far this one has been great - the camera is clear & picks up movement just like the others do, and the reservoir holds a good amount of nectar for whoever wants to stop by. That being said, some improvements it could use: - the unit is light enough that hanging it as it is will allow it to blow around in a strong enough wind. We'll probably put a 4x4 post in the ground and velcro the feeder to the top of the post. For future iterations of this they may want to go with a different support system. - it states that it's ant-resistant. We haven't had any big ants end up in the nectar, but I have had some smaller ants drown, so it should probably get a few improvements in that area All in all, we're happy with our purchase.
