Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its beautiful, antique, and classy appearance. The design is frequently highlighted as a positive attribute, with reviewers appreciating its uniqueness and how it enhances their garden or yard. While many customers report that the product effectively deters squirrels and larger birds, allowing smaller birds to feed, some have experienced mixed results with its squirrel-proof capabilities. Functionality is a point of contention, as some users find the seed openings too small for larger seeds, while others find it works well for smaller seeds and is convenient to fill. Durability is generally viewed positively, with the product being described as well-made and sturdy, though a few reviews mention issues with parts breaking or the product not holding up over time. The value of the product is considered good by many, especially given its aesthetic appeal and its ability to attract smaller birds.
