For the price, this is a nice cat tree. It’s not overly heavy, so there’s a little wobble when my cat jumps up. However, I don’t feel in any way that it would tip! This has been a great addition to our cats’ furniture collection! The smalleryounger cat loves to sleep on the flower on top, which is made of something like memory foam, but a bit denser. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. Only complaint is that the hooks to hang the hammock don’t work at all, as in there are holes for them but they’re incapable of sticking in the holes. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house.
