The only feature I wasn't a big fan of was the over-ice option. While it turns off the hot plate, by the time you fill the carafe with ice and finish brewing, the result is room temperature, diluted coffee. That said, it's not a deal breaker. I have been searching for this particular coffee cup for a while now-couldn’t find them-then all the sudden they appeared when I was searching for something else! Viola!
