This is a heavy-duty pivot hinge set, is satin stamped stainless steel, used on Phenolic and Solid Plastic restroom dividers. The hinges are designed for 3/4 inch to 1 inch thick doors and 3/4 inch 1 inch thick pilaster posts. They use this style of hinge due to the incredible strength they have, for the heavy solid plastic doors. Also known as a bathroom stall roller-bearing hinge set. Fasteners are included.

They feature water-deflecting flaps that extend 5/16 in. beyond the frameless glass shower door bottoms. These seals mount onto the bottoms of 3/8 in. thick frameless glass shower doors, and fit glass panels that measure up to 36 in. wide. These are slip-on-fit seals and no adhesive is necessary. This reinforcement lock is very good quality. It was very easy to install, although I measured wrong the first time and had to move it. It is a surface-mounted Bobrick-style latch that is designed for use on swing-in partition doors, and it comes complete with a matching keeper and stainless steel fasteners. This latch mounts over a durable, black plastic base with its mounting holes spaced apart. This restroom stall slide latch also features a tension adjustment clip that is embedded within the black plastic mounting plate, concealed beneath the stainless steel surface of the lock. The tension clip can be adjusted to create or reduce resistance between the plastic insert and the metal housing. Setting the amount of force needed to slide the latch from left to right is as easy as bending the clip away from the plastic base to increase the tension, and bending it towards the plastic base to decrease tension. This lock includes a stainless steel set screw and steel Allen wrench required for installation. Toilet partition slide latches like these are used by many and they are easy to install.

The slide latch features an "occupied" or in-use exterior indicator that changes from green to red when the latch is engaged, and it displays the green color, or unoccupied state, announcing its availability for use when the door is unlocked. Toilet partition knob sets and latches like these are used to replace broken and missing knob sets of concealed latches used in thick steel door panel systems, which are designed to provide privacy in restroom partition stalls. The threads on sheet metal screws are designed to pull two materials tightly together. When attaching metal to wood, it is especially important to pre-drill a hole. These stainless steel screws are rust and corrosion resistant.

Bronze

This is a left-handed diecast casement locking handle with an offset base found on many contemporary casement windows (as viewed for the inside looking out). The mounting holes are positioned offset of the centerline down the base placing them closer to the window frame edge by 13/16 inch from the tip of the lock to the center of the mounting holes. This handle has an attractive finish with mounting holes for the handle assembly and the keeper at 1-1/2 inch apart.

This is a casement operator track that is riveted or screwed onto the bottom of a steel casement window. It fits the older style casement operators Prime–Line parts H 3500 through H 3523, and H 3581 through H 3588. The guide disc on the tip of the operator glides through the track to open or close the window.

These T-27 Torx screws are used together with T-27 barrel nuts where tamper-proof installation hardware is preferred. The heads require a specific screwhead to install or remove the typical Torx head cannot be used.

This casement window cam handle is constructed from heavy bronze casting. It features a 9/16 in. hook projection and 1-3/8 in. mounting hole centers. This type of cam handle is typically used on steel windows and it is easy to install.

This double cylinder deadlock is constructed of diecast and it comes in a chrome plated finish. It features a jimmy-resistant design which prohibits forced entry when attempts are made to spread the door away from the frame.
