After popping simply snap the serving bowl lid on the cover, flip it over, and remove the base. Pops with hot air, not oil, for a low-fat treat. Easy to clean. Pops without oil so the base and cover wipe clean.

This is my 2nd dehydrator exactly like this..I love my current one and needed to replace one of my old basis dehydrators before the dehydration season was over. Tip: if you dehyrate alot of medicinal herbs- like I do. Cut out window screen and place on each tray. Do not cut out the center. Although it says 12 cup perculator, it’s taller and wider than my other 12 cup, and also lighter in weight, which makes it easier to pour. The spout also pours very nice. It flows out with a cute up and in flow and is more controllable. I spill a lot with my older model, not a Euro Cuisine. I love the copper color. The only problem is there is a sharp edge on the insde at the pour spout where I’ve cut my knuckles during cleaning. I have to be careful. The pot is otherwise worth it.. Jeralyn. Naperville, IL.
