This is my 2nd dehydrator exactly like this..I love my current one and needed to replace one of my old basis dehydrators before the dehydration season was over. Tip: if you dehyrate alot of medicinal herbs- like I do. Cut out window screen and place on each tray. Do not cut out the center. After popping simply snap the serving bowl lid on the cover, flip it over, and remove the base. Pops with hot air, not oil, for a low-fat treat. Easy to clean.
