Select temperatures in one degree increments from 100 degrees to 205 degrees F and five degree increments from 205 degrees to 400 degrees F for consistent results every time. The multi-purpose rack is used for steaming and sous vide cooking, as well as making yogurt and baking potatoes. The skillet’s spacious 16-inch base assures added cooking and serving capacity. With sophisticated styling, a tempered glass cover with silicone rim, and easy-grasp handles, the Tuxedo skillet is both stylish and functional when entertaining.
