It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. Beautiful sink and got plenty of comments on it before and just after it was installed. Still think it’s a beautiful sink but does scratch very easily. We used sink for 2 days before sink grid arrived and babied it. It still got one small scratch as cooking utensils were put at bottom of sink. It has subsequently started rusting. It is no larger than a grain of rice but is noticeable. The sink grid helped to cover it up but is still frustrating based on cost. If purchasing, make sure to get the sink grid before using.. Derek.
