Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone.
