Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light. The assembly took a bit longer than expected because the top board didn't fit but that was my fault because my measurement was off. It was an easy fix though because I was able to cut it. The other part I didn't consider is that I have a floor trim in my closet, so the closet would not sit flush to the wall. I had to cut into the trim to make the closet flush to the wall. Other than that, it's beautiful and looks great organized. It helps see everything I have and the drawers are a great addition. I didn't love the shoe space since it's not a big space for several shoes. I could do without this space and instead add additional drawers or boards. Last thing is I will need to install different doors for my closet since the drawers will not work with my sliding door.
