We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. I love these Moen faucets. They are such a nice quality, heavy-duty, very smooth operation. And the best feature is the ability to easily change the faucet and handles when I redo the bathroom again - no need to remove and replace all the plumbing, just pop off the handles and put new ones on. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower.
