[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 30" Induction Cooktop with MatteGuard™- Well it was quite a journey with this new cooktop. First off, we needed all new pots and pans for it to work- didn't know that prior to. So, it took a little while before being able to use new cooktop, but, we are getting more used to it day by day. We are coming over from natural gas cooktop-as we had an old style electric many years ago(and it was terrible). I still love the gas cooktops, but this one surprised me as it is very good and easily comparable to a gas one. It will boil water faster and cook better- with the correct pans. We have no bad things to say about it- only small thing, wish there were only one of the smaller burners, rather than two(the burners will only cook around the pan or pot's actual cooking surface on bottom of pan or pot. We are adjusting to these things as we get more acclimated to new cooktop system. We like it very much though. The cooktop system is very sleek and easily can be wiped down after usage. Forgot to mention the integrated touch control panel-always an issue when cleaning with the traditional knobs-makes cleaning a lot easier.. Tjfetter. Cumming. Wed Jun 10 2026
