Wow! I bought these because we recently moved to a house with a glass top electric stove and my old pots and pans said not to use on glass top electric or induction. My last set was a cheap set - also from Wayfair but since we just bought our first home I wanted a good, quality set that will last. Crafted for longevity, the pot is made of thick 0.7mm aluminum and covered with high-quality enamel. Don't heat an empty stock pot, and do not cool it abruptly so that the enamel does not crack or change color, and the pot will serve you for many years.
