It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I hired a handyman who is really knowledgeable, and he had issues with the directions. the screws that came with it were too short so he had to run out to the hardware store and get longer ones. but it looks fabulous and I am looking forward to using it.. We installed the Ove Ella in my daughter’s bathroom and it has completely changed the experience in there. First off, the design is clean and modern without feeling over the top. It looks high-end but still fits naturally in a family home. The heated seat was an instant hit, especially in the winter. The bidet functions are easy to use and surprisingly intuitive.
