The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet. We recently purchased a new gas range for our rental house that we own. I was surprised that it didn't come with a broiler pan, nor give that as an option to add to the purchase. I consider that to be as basic as a burner! Very disappointing!!! Also. BTW, I don't understand why you went to JUST steam clean vs Self-Clean! I think you should either provide both OR JUST Self-cleaning. The latter is definitely preferred.
