I hope someone will reach out to me to make this right. This is not a terribly inexpensive table; this should not be happening. Update: 7/8/26 the replaced table is also chipped and in terrible shape. I would not recommend this table in a daily use environment. Any wiping with a damp towel will cause the finish to chip off. The chairs are very well made. Solid construction, the woodgrain is beautiful and the lines are clean. My only negative is I wish the cushions were a bit thicker/plusher. The fabric is also not as cream colored as pictured, not in a bad way, but it's almost like linen (in appearance) with some darker threads mixed in to give it some interesting depth.
