I had to get a handyman to install the Flex Non Electric Toilet because of the mounting plate on the floor it was different then the old one but he made it work, we wasn’t able to find the shut off valve that was the same as the hose that was included so we went with 38 hose that we had, our condo unit is old so installing took about 2 hours. I love the toilet, flushes fast fill quickly, the best part is the NO SLAM SEAT AND 2 FLUSH BUTTONS at the bottom foot level on the side upfront and one near the top level right side looks easy to keep clean. Really nice toilet. High quality at a good price. Good flushing power with this 1.6 GPM model. Packaging was sufficient to protect during shipment. Came in two parts, tank assembly and toilet bowl. Assembly instructions were descriptive and straight forward, installation took me about 90 minutes from start to finish after old toilet had been first removed. The tank parts came preassembled with valve, float and handle so nothing tricky during installation. Note that the two flange mounting bolts for the toilet bowl are quite long so you'll need a hack saw or power tool to cut them down to enable installing the plastic caps.
