These chairs serve their purpose beautifully and look great in our den. They aren't the most comfortable right out of the box due to being on the stiffer side, but I expect they'll soften up over time. The stripes don't line up perfectly between chairs, but with a lumbar pillow in each, it's barely noticeable. One chair arrived damaged, but Wayfair made the replacement process incredibly easy. Since we'd already tossed the original box, they simply sent a new chair along with its own box, so we could pack up the damaged one and send it back with no hassle. They even provided a shipping label and scheduled a FedEx pickup within a day or two. These seem good and comfortable, and the swivel mechanism works well. I found that the box part of the chair was a bit more complicated than I normally experience…a lot of the holes had the threaded canal, but somehow were filled with wood. It arrived almost fully assembled and the box wouldn't fit through my modest 36-inch front door, so I opened the box and just took the parts inside (not a complaint just FYI,) I only had to attach the back and add the cushions.
