I finally broke down and invested in a better vacuum. This thing is amazing! Mostly hard flooring and its highest setting picks up everything- doesn’t blow it around. Lower settings handle even my flat washable rugs and don’t suck them up. The real test? I accidentally sucked up a metal door stopper that had broken and I immediately stopped the machine and took it apart to find the piece. Found it…in the bag. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. This is gorgeous tile. If the company can figure out how to pack it right, it will be well worth the hassle. I got two damaged boxes, sent both back, and got the 3rd one with a few chips but nothing I couldn't live with. Wayfair representative was WONDERFUL. I felt the situation was handled professionally.
