[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. The unique recessed toilet paper holders fully recess into the wall with only the frame on the outside, which serves to cover up the rough edges of your wall opening. When you put a new roll on the roller, the roll hangs down about ¾” because the core of the roll is bigger than the roller. That means that it usually drags on the bottom of the holder until you use some. And the holders are 7” high inside – big enough to handle any roll on the market today – even the huge Charmin mega rolls and Costco rolls – with room to spare! Includes white plastic spring-loaded toilet paper roller, and space for a spare roll (not on a roller). Installation could not be easier! Just cut the opening in the drywall and use construction adhesive on the backside of the frame and push it into the wall.
