Customers praise the product for its exceptionally quiet operation, thorough cleaning performance, and efficient functionality. It is appreciated for being user-friendly, well-built, and easy to load, with helpful smartphone app integration. However, customers have mixed opinions about its features, noting that some functions and delay-start options require using the app, and that certain rack designs are less practical.
