These are exactly what I was looking for. I like that you can have portrait or landscape orientation. The only issue was that the mats had some markings that I had to remove. The mats are off white on one side and pure white on the other, and one of my frames had a marking I couldn't remove on the off white side so I had to flip them all to the pure white side. So I believe I bought this jelly roll pan a couple of years ago. I am careful to wash and dry immediately after each use. I don't put it into the dishwasher and avoid harsh chemicals.
