I haven't installed this yet, but it seems to be of good quality. However, the installation instructions are almost worthless! We have had a difficult time finding a shower door for our shower and this unit was a perfect fit for what we needed. The directions were clear and easy to follow, and installation was easy. We did have to cut the top support bar with a scroll saw, but everything went fine. The color was exactly as seen, and is much like a dark espresso color. The delivery drivers were extremely courteous, wonderful, and careful with the product, too! The door opening was smaller than what we had before, but wide enough where you do not feel it is too small when entering or exiting the shower. The door closes smoothly and we could not be happier with the product. We found we needed extra caulking at the base on the inside of the shower after installation, but the fix did the trick. This shower door is one of the few I could find that fits a space that is just under 24". When I got the door it had a part with a screw hole in the wrong place and the hardware package was missing a few screws, but when I requested replacement parts they showed up in two days. It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
