I ordered 3 boxes and all the tiles were MUCH lighter than what is advertised. I couldn't use them and when I tried to send them back, I was charged a $50 return fee. Im disappointed because they weren't adequately described. I understand there will be color variances but every tile was a light gray and the picture indicates much darker/charcoal color. Abby.
