[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one week of use I have observed that this dishwasher gets the dishes clean (even the stuck on stuff on heavy duty cycle) and is very quiet. It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing). On "con" = we find we're having to be extra-careful not to drag heavy pots across the cooktop (as we'd gotten used to doing on the very rugged cast iron grate of our gas cooktop at home) - this induction cooktop surface definitely feels more "delicate" than our gas cooktop grate. No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone.
