The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes.
