This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. I'm pretty disappointed in this pendant - especially for the price! The pictures online look so good vs. hanging in the entry. The wires hang wonky and haven't straightened out and it looks like a messy hair day. I'm going to have our electrician come back and shorten the wires and I'll get bigger bulbs to hopefully add weight and interest; which I hope will help, but this adds cost to an already expensive fixture.
