Customers find the product to be visually appealing, with many describing it as beautiful and looking even better installed than in pictures. The quality is generally praised, and the lighting is noted as providing the right amount of ambiance. However, there are significant concerns regarding the color, with multiple reviews stating it does not match the online representation and appears more reddish or copper than gold.
