You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. AND is keeping 200 for “return” delivery after I PAID EXTRA for in store delivery and the delivery driver refused to bring it inside. Save yourself a headache and save your money!. Anonymous.
