This is an attractive shower head, but I would be hesitant to use in an everyday shower. The two pieces that attach the mount to the wall are plastic, just not sure if it would hold up. Because our tile was so thick the preexisting pipe was the wrong type so I was unable to use the provided part (not the fault of the product, it is a standard attachement). It will be fine for use in our doggy bath and I like the matte finish. There weren't a lot of options for just a handheld in black.
