If I had to improve anything, it would be two things, I would appreciate dials that were easier to read. The writing on them is small and not hard to see in low light. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! I had heard some complaints about the top scratching, but I have not had any problems with that. It still looks perfect after it's cleaned. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase!. Kargo. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. We cook A LOT, and we're a longtime Bosch family, and even though it's taking some getting used to cooking on induction vs. open flame, in general we're loving this appliance because it fits our limited available space, it's very intuitive to use, and it's super-easy to clean! On "con" = we find we're having to be extra-careful not to drag heavy pots across the cooktop (as we'd gotten used to doing on the very rugged cast iron grate of our gas cooktop at home) - this induction cooktop surface definitely feels more "delicate" than our gas cooktop grate. The optional Quick Temp mode reaches selected keep warm temperature without first having to reach a boil – saving time and energy while reducing steam.

It keeps the water at optimal temperature and does so without issues. Relatively expensive for what it does but I wanted the PFAS free which very few similar devices have.
