This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. I bought 3 of these but have only installed one so far. I love the novelty of the design, and have used it turned upright as a drinking fountain, and to rinse out my eye when I got some sand in it. Very handy. My husband will also really like it for the spray option, and the height and adjustability for a quick hair wash in the sink. My one complaint is that the on-off handle is so stiff, it's almost impossible to turn it on at any volume other than full blast. You have to work so hard to push the lever, then it just goes to total on, nothing in between. I'm hoping the other 2 won't be so stiff, and if not, maybe there is something that can be adjusted on this one. They are a great price and overall good quality.
