I like the wedge pillow and it’s quite comfortable for sleeping. I also use it with extra pillows to prop up in bed for reading and TV. The issue I have is the two pieces are separate and I don’t see any Velcro or any way to fasten them together. So whichever one is on top (I tried both) slides down during the night when I wake up I have slid down with it. So the extra height gained by using the two pieces doesn’t really work. This sectional arrived in 7 different boxes. Although no instructions turned up while unboxing, the basic assembly was pretty straightforward if you used the website photo for reference. The lack of instructions on the electrical components made it tricky to get everything power related working, but we managed. We found the sectional to be pretty comfortable, and the power reclining pieces work well. It's not as solid and sturdy as I had hoped, and I do wonder how the sectional will hold up over time. I would have given this set FIVE starts except for a couple things that have nothing to do with the quality of it nor how much I actually love it. Wayfair was great through this so it isn't on them entirely. The special handling delivery that I paid for did not happen because they arrived for the delivery with only two people desipite seeing how large and bulky the sectional pieces are (this fee was refunded). They did not bring it into my home as they were supposed to. They set it down in my carport and I had to wait several hours until family and friends could come help me bring it inside. The largest sofa section was set in the carport on end not on it's feet. The wind came up and blew it over. LUCKILY, it did not brake so that is good. Once the pieces were inside we discovered that the wedge piece had been broken either during the delivery process that day or earlier in shipping. The upper left portion of the frame was in pieces under the upholstery. Wayfair was great about this and gave me a discount off for the cost of that piece. One other thing that could have been a disaster is that the description did not provide overall dimensions so long story short I had to use the wedge section in my bedroom rather than with the two sofas so not truly a sectional for me. I am ok with that though as I LOVE this set. The leather is soft and luxurious and there are FOUR recliners. The description was not clear on that either. I did contact Wayfair to ask for overall dimensions but never heard back on my request. This is not on Wayfair though. I am assuming the manufacturer did not provide it.
