The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This rowing machine is high quality and solid wood. It took about 45 minutes to build. It comes with a funnel to fill it up with water. It also gives you two app suggestions you can use to give you specific workouts with instructors. It folds up easily which is an awesome feature so it doesnt take up a lot of space. It also has the regular monitor so you can see how fast and far youve rowed as well without having to use the app. A nice bonus is it sounds really relaxing with all the rushing water noise..
