This was an open box purchase and I can't believe I scored this shower system! Unbelievable value for the open box price. I purchased this for a home build so I have not installed or used yet. ***Post installation review: Sometimes something too good to be true actually is. I would not rate this 5 stars if I had a "re-do", I would rate it 3 stars. The system works and it's almost as pictured. The set came wrapped and I checked to make sure everything was included and it was. The problem is that everything was polished EXCEPT for the bar - it was a brushed finish. So now I have a shower system that has two finishes. It may not bother some people, but it bothers me. I just wish that information would have been disclosed. All good except for where the door has to swing out to open, which requires it to be above the track to clear for opening outward, this leaves a big gap from bottom of shower door down to the track and when showering, this allows the water that hits the track to splatter so bad that it wets the floor outside the shower terribly. It needs to come with either an attachable or something from the factory that attaches to the bottom of the door that is flexible plastic/rubber and does not allow the water to splatter out but still allows the door to open and close..
