4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. I’m so very excited for this toilet! It arrived quickly and was very well packaged so there’s no damage whatsoever. It has all the bells and whistles you could ever want in a toilet including automatic seat closure, nightlight, and of course a bidet! It requires its own dedicated power outlet so I’m waiting for the electrician before I can get the toilet installed. Good heavy-duty iron. Easy to fill with water and heats up quickly, however the temperature button is in an odd place and my hand kept hitting it while ironing, changing the temperature constantly, so that is a little annoying. Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place.
