[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. This is my first rug purchase made online. It works in my space beautifully! At first it seemed more bold of a pattern because of all the black in it but I rotated the rug because there was less black on the other side of it and that worked much better. The comfort pro santoku knife has indentation along the blade to ensure fewer food sticks. The ice-hardened 15° German stainless steel blade glides through the produce that is typically harder to cut, such as butternut squash. The ergonomic handle has been designed for ultimate comfort in everyday use. It fits perfectly in the hand and features a tapered bolster that allows a firm grip in use. The finger indent on the top of the handle provides a comfortable position for placing the index finger when slicing with precision.

Mega sharp over many uses (so far). Whether I am chopping veg for my rescue parrots, or cutting up a rack of St. Louis Ribs, this knife makes it so easy. The handle is exceptionally grippy, with an ergonomic groove for the thumb; and I really like the balance. Beautiful knife hits well above its price point. I have been owning and using Japanese knives in professional kitchens for the better part of 3 decades and this knife performs as well or better than knives from misono, Masahiro and others and costs far less.
