Shipping was fast, arrived in a couple days. The extra bumper piece is inside the folds of the sweep. It threw me off a bit because the glue sticker on it is red but it applies clear. It wasn't as easy to cut as I would have hoped. We had to use a table saw, but it cut clean. It was a really tight fit but I was able to slide it on with a little extra effort. This is GREAT quality and thickness. VERY heavy. Installation was not too bad. We have wonky measurements and leveling in our basement but they provided enough rubber blocks to shim. The only negative is it told us to drill the upper bracket somewhere that would not meet for the arched top, I think that’s may just be a print oversight, since they have regular rectangular ones as well.
